Dear Readers,

We were out celebrating our third year anniversary the other night, when one of our guests pronounced (rather drunkenly) "I'm really turned on knowing that my husband used to be a total slut!"

This caused quite a stir among the O&C party goers. Some expressed that the less they know about their partner's sexual history the better, while some concurred that knowing their partner has been around the block a few times is a turn on and/or a relief (because now they don't have to worry about "training" someone who is inexperienced in bed.)

So that brings us to July's take-out question: Are You Turned on (or Turned Off) by Your Partner's Wild Sexual History?

xoxo

Personally, I absolutely love that my husband used to be a man-slut... but that's just me. I've always been turned on by the thought of my sexy man pleasuring woman after woman. And the result of his many experiences is that he can now use the sum-total of his sexual knowledge in the bedroom with me!

The less I know about her history the better. I don't even want to think about how many cocks have penetrated her pussy. I guess I'm jealous, I just want her all to myself - even since before we met!

My ex was a total slut and he knew exactly how to make me get off! Now I'm dating this sweet man, but he hasn't been around the block nearly as much. I find that I'm training him more than I'd like to. On one hand it's an interesting experience, but on the other I really crave a man who really knows his stuff in the bedroom.

It would be double standard for me to be turned off by my partner's sexual history. I have quite the history myself, and lucky for me my boyfriend is just fine with it. It's kind of silly to worry about what has happened in the past anyway, right? Remember "The past is history, the future is a mystery, the present is a gift, that's why it's called the present." Good advice, so give me the present of great sex today!! That's all that matters.
