May 2010 Editor's
Letter
From your editors Jordan LaRousse and Samantha Sade
Dearest readers and contributors,
May first is May Day, an age old pagan holiday that celebrates love and life. It is said that, like Halloween, the veil between the earth and the spirit world is thin. But while Halloween celebrates death, May Day celebrates love, sex, and of course birth. Both are two sides of the same coin, both being ends of one state of being, and beginnings of another.
The legend says that in the early morning hours of May 1st that if you sit beneath a tree you may be discovered by the Queen of the Fairies and taken away to Fairyland for seven years. We can only imagine the wily things that the Queen has in store for you. Orgies? Orgasms?
More practically this is the ideal time to break away from anything that may be holding you back and uncover a new, more vibrant you. Sexually speaking this could be an ideal time to find a new partner, or renew your sex life with your current partner. Who knows you may be embarking on an exciting new journey that you’ll never want to return from!
Happy May!
