"The Perfect Submissive" by Kay Jaybee

The Perfect Submissive, written by naughty mastermind Kay Jaybee, tells the story of Jess Sanders, a meek office clerk, who gets an innocent job at the Fables Hotel. She soon learns that Laura Peters, the owner of the hotel, is actually an unforgiving dominatrix. The fifth floor of the establishment caters to rich and influential clients looking to have all of their BDSM fantasies come true. Each of the five rooms on the fifth floor offers a unique BDSM “scene” including a hospital room, a school room, and a dungeon. Jaybee sets up intrigue by making the fifth room a super secret experience that she only reveals at the end, “Room 54 is more unusual, and the contents of the room will remain a secret until the guest steps foot inside.” (p.9)
If you like to read ultra-kinky, smart erotica, then this book’s for you. Until now I’ve only read Kay Jaybee in the form of short stories (lots and lots of short stories). Each one is a singular, kinky traverse into sexual fantasy. Multiply one of her short stories by eighteen chapters and you’ve got yourself an epic sex adventure! Jaybee is a master of the craft of erotica and makes some fun inside commentary on the genre. During a scene in a Victorian Study, Jaybee narrowly avoids cliche when she writes, “Jess had read enough erotica to know how these scenarios went. It was almost text book. She wondered if she should have been disappointed, but the hardening of her nipples told her otherwise.” (p.15)
Depraved, perverse and highly imaginative, Kay Jaybee will shock you with her provocative storyline, which includes bondage, submission, lesbian and group sex scenes. It even includes a little romance as Mrs. Peters tries to woo her not-so-submissive conquest, artist Sam Wheeler. “‘Do you see these buttons, Sam?’ She ran a manicured finger down her dress, and he nodded fervently. ‘I will undo one each time I decide you deserve it. Yes?’” (p. 27)
Seducing Sam isn’t her only concern. Mrs. Peters puts Jess Sanders through exceedingly wicked and imaginative trials and tribulations to guarantee that she’ll be the perfect submissive, causing the humble office clerk to experience a sexual awakening like no other. Jess endures exhausting naked exercise routines, blow job competitions, humiliating exhibitionism, painful bondage and spanking sessions, and the ultimate test of endurance in room 54; all to find out if she has what it takes to work on the fifth floor.
