Erotic Pleasure in the Hand Chakra, an article by Tantra Bensko
Oh, yeah, babies! Have I got a good pleasure exercise for you! Some of you may know about the major chakras, where energy whirls from higher frequencies into lower ones, zooming into the body along the central line. And fewer of you have probably thought much about the secondary chakras, such as those in the palms of the hands. YUM! If you haven't explored the secondary chakra in the hand, a whole new erotic pleasure treat awaits.
I have led groups of people doing this exercise in many workshops about Tantra and other forms of transformative energy practices, and there is a simple exercise you can do in order to feel the hand chakra. The participants in my groups have always been excited by this exercise and how well they can feel the hand chakras and the flow of energy between one another at those points.
All you need is a friend or partner. Stand across from the other person and rub your own hands together briskly for a couple minutes, while the other person does the same. Then point your palms towards each other. You will feel a tingling in the center of your palms.
Now, start moving your hands around, keeping your palms facing each other. You will feel as if a band of tingling energy is connecting your palms, and you will feel it tug, go off at a diagonal, strengthen or weaken, depending on how straight across your hands are from one another. Then, start moving farther back, and keep the focus, and you will still feel it. Go all the way across the room. Move towards each other again, and you'll feel the electrical charge grow. Stand close enough so that you're almost touching. You'll realize that you ARE touching! You'll be able to feel how you extend beyond your body. There is an auric contact with whomever you are around, but if you focus on the parts that are all about contact with others-- the hand chakras--you can realize how potent the energy exchange can be. Now imagine what it can be like if you activate your hand charkas more, and consciously interact with a partner that way while being turned on! Oooo, Mama!
Have you ever noticed how good it feels to be rubbed hard in the center of your palm? There is nothing like it. It feels so intimate, so deep and comforting, so connected. Have you ever noticed how good it feels to feel the head of a man's penis move into that spot, as you slide over it? (Yes, I bet you have.) Or perhaps you've felt how good it feels to have a woman's genitals pressed up against it. There is more than just being nice to someone else that draws us to do that.
The penis especially emanates energy out of it, and when the palm is pressed against it, it goes right into the hand chakra. When people exchange energy deliberately, from genitals to hand and from hand to genitals, they are communicating. Lovers use their hands to pick up psychic information so that they can know better what it is exactly their partner wants them to do, or not do.
We can be energized by their partner's fire. And we can send searingly pleasurable, heightened mystical energy into their genitals through our hands, as if we were sending healing. We may want to send sexual healing. We may want to send Tantric bliss and a sense of divine union, the light of expanded consciousness. We may want to send intense pleasure. He will feel it, especially if you have activated your hand chakras as well as your overall flow of energetics.
But the magic of the hand chakras doesn't end here. I have had an extended orgasm through nothing but the hand chakras touching. Very extended. At the time, I was at the height of doing Tantric transmissions of energy through my hand chakras, raising people's Kundalini, sending them into higher states of awareness. I was with the boyfriend of that time, and we were in a parking lot, each of us sitting in the front seats of the van. We had been exchanging energies through our hands, as we often did, which always felt fantastic and very tangible. We leaned outwards against the windows and were overcome with ecstasy. This time was the best; he was moaning with an internal Tantric orgasm at the same time that I had mine. There was just one long stream of bright, electric light moving straight through us linked up at the hands. Feeling that light, being that light, we were one with the flow of the Universe. We were in tune with the nature of euphoria itself. Very extended.
The more you exercise your hand chakras, and exchange energy through them, and turn it into sex play, the more you will feel this type of intensity. And imagine how you can grab someone's attention with your first handshake.
